Q: How does your production and shipping process work?

With each step of production, we provide detailed high-resolution images and videos for our clients to review. Once the client gives final approval, we carefully pack the sculpture and coordinate with international logistics companies for shipping. Clients can either designate a shipping company, or we can arrange transportation by sea, air, or train for an additional fee. Before shipping, all production and shipping costs must be fully paid by the client.
